Brought my whole family up for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Yellowstone and the surrounding area. The house was perfect – well appointed and roomy with a bubbling creek right on the property. Great views, easy to get to the park and towns and relaxing evenings. Can’t recommend this property highly enough!

We came out to the Livingston area to experience southern Montana and enjoy Yellowstone. This home in the woods was the ideal location and home for both. The house is beautiful, well built, very clean, and has everything! Audrey handled all the communications and checkin very well. I got to meet the owner, and builder of the house, TJ, as well and learned some more about the area. Very personable. I highly recommend this place and would return again!

This was the perfect getaway for us. So peaceful and tranquil location. Audrey and TJ were so wonderful to work with on coordination of our stay. Some of the most friendly people we’ve met and we are from Texas so that says a lot! The home is perfect for a large family or friends. But my husband and I enjoyed it just as much. Bonus was the Fly Fishing Excursion we were able to set up with TJ at Troutwest Fly Fishing! That was such a treat! We will certainly be back!

This is an amazing property that is extremely well maintained. We had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was great for preparing meals at night. The wifi was also strong enough for a little work and for our kids. We would definitely return to this property if we returned to Yellowstone!

Felt like home the second we walked in the door. Above and beyond all expectations! The pictures don’t do the home and property justice. It is warm, very spacious and is inviting. The property itself is huge with a beautiful creek running through, incredible views and is accented by a constant view of wildlife daily. This amazing house pales in comparison to the owners who went out of their way to offer an amazing experience. Many trailheads are just a few minutes away and Yellowstone Park less than an hour away. Montana living at its absolute best.

We loved everything about this place! The house and the setting is absolutely amazing! The scenery is so beautiful with the creek that runs behind the house. We loved seeing the deer that like to come and visit. Whether watching tv in the basement, spending quiet time in the loft room or taking a stroll down the lane, this place is a great getaway!! We highly recommend taking advantage of this country home!

Best house in Livingston!  –  ★★★★★ 5/5

The pictures don’t do it justice! The house is huge, with nice bedrooms on the lowest level and 2 beautiful master suites on the main level. The loft is much larger than it looks— our son loved it! Kitchen has everything you could want. Beds were ALL comfortable and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the creek just outside our windows. TJ and Jean went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. There is a small creek on one side of the house, perfect for our little kids to build a damn and tromp in. The larger creek was also fun to wade in and to collect river rocks. So much beauty and NOT totally remote, like most ranch properties for lease. Totally private, heavily treed, pristine yard. Short walk to other creek sections and easy access to the main road. Livingston town a few miles up the road— easy. Kids loved the TV and big couches in the basement and adults loved the porch and main living room for wine time. We will be booking this place again… we had a hard time leaving!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful and meticulously maintained home. Awesome location, feels secluded but just a short drive from Livingston. Jean and TJ are perfect hosts — very friendly and responsive if needed. We hope to return again and again!!

We could not believe how nice this property was. You could see pride of ownership in the house, property, and upkeep. The home was well appointed, well stocked, and you could tell the owners wanted their guests to be comfortable and well taken care of. The location is one of a kind next to the creek. We had the doors open to the master bedroom during the night and you could hear the creek. Wildlife came into the yard in the early morning as the location was very private and quiet. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not be disappointed.
